Having grown up in the Goulburn Valley, Trish decided to return to her home after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts.

After being admitted to practice in 2003, Trish was exposed to general legal practice and soon gravitated to the areas of Commercial Law and Property Law.

Trish showed a keen interest in farming matters, including water, having grown up on the family farm and has now had the opportunity to assist clients in all things water such as:

• General advice with regard to unbundling
  
• Drafting of water contracts and advice with regard to water sales and purchases
  
• Liasing with water authorities and the water registry
  
• Providing general information about various types of water services

Trish has been appointed the Practice Group Leader in the areas of Water Trading and Mortgages.

Outside the office Trish is involved with the family orchard business, spending much of her spare time on the farm.
