To be able to provide your clients with expertise in not only Victoria but also New South Wales, is a proficiency which has served Terry McKiterick very well. Terry was based in Mitchell McKenzie’s Moama office since 1979 enabling him to gain an aptitude for NSW rural conveyancing but also Probate, Wills and Estates on the other side of the border.
Showing his keen interest in ‘Elder Law’ Terry received his accreditation as a specialist in Wills and Estates in 1993 and is now the practice manager for Wills and Estates for Dawes & Vary. Terry's practice in this area includes:
- Probate and Administration of Estates in both NSW and Victoria
- Estate conflict resolution
- Preparation of Wills, Codicils and Powers of Attorney
- Superannuation issue management
Terry, now located in Echuca, spends much of his spare time giving back to the community, being a Special Minister with St Mary’s and being a keen participant in the local choir.
