The date that Stephen Bubb commenced work at Dawes & Vary is still in debate but needless to say he has worked with the firm for over 25 years, not only as a legal practitioner but he has also been the practice manager for the legal group for many years and is instrumental in the day to day success of the firm.
As did most country lawyers of the time, Stephen acted in various matters including family law, criminal matters, conveyancing and commercial matters. Having the opportunity to focus his practice in commercial and property matters, it is obvious to all that his early experience now enables him to provide more comprehensive advice to clients, a skill that is widely admired.
In the areas of commercial and property law, Stephen advises clients in regard to:
- All issues relating to buying and selling of property including
farms
- General advice with regard to subdivisions and planning issues
- Buying and selling of businesses
- Advice with regard to business structures
Having contributed to the drafting of our aim, it can be said that Stephen’s practice encapsulates this aim “to care for and advance our clients’ interests.”
Stephen’s longstanding contributions to the community of Kyabram are
well acknowledged having been associated with the Kyabram Cricket Club,
volunteer football umpiring and the Development Committee to name but
a few.
