It is often said that in order to succeed in any area of law, you should have some experience in all areas, and that is exactly what can be said of Michelle. Michelle completed her Articled Clerkship in Echuca working in Criminal Law, Civil Litigation and Property Law. Michelle’s precision in her work saw her excel in Litigation work and she soon became the Litigation practice manager for Mitchell McKenzie. She can boast of having had matters run in the Supreme, County and Magistrates Court in Victoria, VCAT and the NSW District courts.
Having taken some time off to dedicate to family, Michelle came back to Dawes & Vary as head of our “Knowledge Management” with Dawes & Vary recognizing Michelle’s excellent research skills.
Michelle is now using her extended knowledge and experience to practice in Local Government, Property, Commercial Law, and is assisting the Campaspe Shire.
Michelle was appointed an Associate of Dawes & Vary in 2009.
