Davina comes to us after completing her education in Melbourne - having enjoyed the lifestyle here and marrying a local, Davina now relishes the work-life balance that a country law firm brings. Davina practices in Litigation, Family Law and Will disputes and has extensive experience in issuing in all Victorian Courts as well as Federal Magistrates' Court and the Victorian Civil and Administration Tribunal (VCAT).
Being integral to our litigation team, Davina is able to assist clients comprehensively in all litigious matters including:
- Civil and commercial disputes such as Lease disputes and contractual disputes
- Court appearances and applications
- Debt recovery matters including issuing court proceedings
- Family law
- Prosecutions on behalf of Authorities
- Will disputes (Part IV applications)
Davina is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
